**In addition to the rates above there will be sales tax of 5.65% and a cleaning fee of $80 added to the rental.

To make a reservation
Please e-mail or phone us, (405) 224-5754, to make a reservation. At the time of booking, your initial deposit is equal to two nights rental is due. The final lodging balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. This includes all taxes and Security Deposit. If booking a reservation within 45 days of your arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee in the amount of $80 is also required as a part of the rental of this property.
Refundable Security Deposit
A security deposit of $250 is due by check 45 days prior to you arrival. This is required to protect the property you are renting against damage. The damage deposit will be refunded by check via mail within 7 business days after your departure date.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, all monies paid are non-refundable unless your exact dates can be re-booked. If we can re-book the property, all monies received will be returned less a 20% handling fee. Monies will be returned by check via mail within 7 business days after your original departure was scheduled. We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no-shows.
Pets and Smoking
This is a NON-SMOKING, no pet property. No Exceptions! Violators will be subjected to pay a substantial cleaning /deodorizing fee.
Housekeeping
Prior to your arrival, your vacation rental will be cleaned and furnished with fresh linens, towels and supplies. Daily housekeeping is not included but is available upon special request for an additional fee.
